Our STory

lovingly prepared since 2012

In 2012 Baked opened in Dundrum Town Centre with one goal, to create perfect, freshly baked cakes and breads for our customers.

A small dedicated team of three pastry chefs and a baker sourced the best local ingredients and within months were delivering to some of the finest cafés and restaurants in Dublin.

With our success grew our passion. In 2016, we expanded our horizons and developed a purpose built production site in Greenhills Business Centre, Tallaght and grew our team to six pastry chefs, three bakers and three general staff. We increased our fleet of delivery vehicles to meet the increasing demand for our top quality goods.

Freshly baked and using lovingly prepared ingredients, Baked offers distinctive, even quirky treats, gourmet sandwiches and salads, desserts and the best coffee.
